[sdiy] xcircuit and pcb

Is anyone here using a combination of the "xcircuit" schematic drawing
software and the "pcb" PCB board creation software for the creation
of printed circuit boards?

I'm in the process of trying to create a circuit board for a synth
based on a combination of the Thomas Henry SN-Voice circuit and Radio
Shack's datasheet for the SN76477, along with a few of my own minor
mods and additions... probably some more mods and additions before
actually creating a real circuit board, and will post the schematic if
anyone's interested in it, after I clean it up a little.

While using the TCL version of xcircuit to create the netlist for pcb
from the schematic, it crashed, and I had to go back to the version
that didn't use TCL. Anyway, that created a netlist, which I'm now
trying to get pcb to read in successfully, with no luck.

Originally, I was going to build this on a vectorboard, but decided to
try to create a PCB for it using software (hand-drawn circuit boards
are somewhat of a pain for far less complex circuits!.)
