It's a Mac procedure, I'm not sure how to get it via PC. Just know that the
procedure is loooong (200mb takes about 3 hours).

First you need to follow the instructions below to convert real media files
(.rm) into AVI DivX (.avi).

Then you download iSquint and convert .avi to .mp4 "optimized for ipod".
Even if the AVI file can be glitchy, the MP4 file is awesome and does not
glitch at all.
