Yeah, but that price is only if you need it to say 'Molex' on the side ;)

I'm pretty sure it's exactly the same tool (but different colour) that 
I've used for years (bought originally from Rapid).  Works very nicely.  
I use it for 0.1" terminals, but it says it will do 3.96mm (0.156") also.

Before I bought this tool I used to just use a small pair of pliers.  
This works fine unless you've got a lot of terminals to crimp in which 
case the proper tool is a big time saver.  I also tend to solder the 
terminals after crimping just to be sure (especially when crimping 
terminals onto very thin wires).
