Unlikely - none of the dsPIC ICs have more than 1 CODEC interface.  You 
have to use AC97 protocol for more than 2 channels.  And although you 
can get free C-compilers for dsPIC, you don't get the compiler 
optimisation unless you pay for it .. but hey if you write in assembler 
(which really isn't that bad) you get even more optimisation and it's free.

I would point you in the direction of my 4xD PCB (UI PIC + 2x dsPIC + 2x 
SRAM + 2x Stereo CODECs + PSU + Analog I/O buffers + CV input buffers, 
all onboard).  But right now I've run out of them and I think another 
board run is some time away.
