Different portamento times for different VCOs is indeed a cool thing.
My Fat Controller MIDI->CV supports this, although again it's not built
into the VCO. You can have 3 different CV outputs for a monophonic
patch, and each of the 3 CVs can have different portamento times (and
different pitch bend and octave shift amounts as well).
