Yes... if you ran the resistor "hot"
I'd assume that almost all resistors in
noise-sensitive (producing) posirions would
NOT be running hot anyway (after the first
stage, additional noise production is almost nil)
Usually these are input resistors and wattage should
not be an issue. Are we talking half a degree
difference ??? :^P
