Well, what about the digital Folks who would be bored to death with the 
analog "babble" here... :-) I thought that would be the main reason to 
start a separate list, albeit I'm actually against seperatism, and the 
consequent drain of people. And I think that synth related DIY- 
DSP/FPGA/SW/uC stuff clearly has a room on this list.
