Its a switch that was made by C&K components
and they are still available, last I saw.
Should be easy to cross, I know that at least one
other
switch company cloned them.
They suck becuase they are a multi-contact arrangement
that switches the same resistors in different
configurations... making octave tuning VERY accurate
but they are glitchy when you switch them... even
brand new so don't replace them for that reason
alone...
You can open them carefully and clean / lubricate
them.
