You could purchase some Silver Conductive paint to do
the job, rather than glue.
I remember that I got some from an eBay seller called
'conductivepaints' (suprisingly) a few months ago - It
worked perfectly to fix a broken membrane on a Moog
Source keyboard I had. I believe that the seller ships
the paint worldwide, and the paint is reasonably
priced (I am not connected with this seller, in case
anyone wonders).
