[sdiy] MF10 switched capacitor filter

Hi list,
	It was no use, having responded to that earlier post my mind was
stuck in 'switched capacitor filter' mode, so I have spent the rest of the
day cobbling together a page of schematics and stuff of the circuit I played
with a few years back. Interested parties will find it here:

Quite a lot was from memory, so apologies if there any howlers there, but it
might give others some ideas to start from.
