The Akai S900 sampler also used switched cap filters for anti- 
aliasing that follow the sample clock -- one for each of its eight  
voices.  It has been rumoured that the early Akai samplers (S612,  
X7000, S900, etc.) were based on technology that they licensed from  
Electro-Harmonix -- specifically, the 16 Second Delay.
