I'm not a fan of the LMF100 however for some applications switched cap
filters are pretty nifty. Specifically analog delays. a switched cap
filter lets you adjust your anti-alias filter on your BBD based delay so
that it properly tracks the BBD clock itself. Of course this can also be
used on low-memory digital delays and in fact I first got enamored with the
idea of Switched Cap Filters was when I was looking at the EH16 delay.
The LMF10 and LMF100 are pretty crappy filters tho. Linear Technology has
some good ones ( I think Blacet used one of these in the Time Machine ).
Another company that makes some nifty filters is MSI ( www.mix-sig.com ) but
they are harder to source then Linear Tech. ( look at the MSELP ).
