[sdiy] OnSemi and the SA571

I couldnt help but notice, again, that NXP/Philips no longer make the SA57x.
( I know, old news ) but I was wondering, how did OnSemi come to make it and
under the SA571 part number and not the NE571 part number?  This is purely
curiosity...
