[sdiy] Arp 2600 replacement op amps

FWIW: Digikey lists several National op-amps in TO-5 cans.  They are 
expensive:

LM301AH $4.95
LH356H $5.13
LF411ACH  $8.57

The same parts in DIP or SOIC are about $1.
