Yes. I had posted a couple of stupid questions _before_ I'd seen that.
Afterwards, it's mainly the low power that puzzles me.

That's easy: 2.5 Ampere-Turns, meaning the core doesn't see a difference
between one turn (a single loop) carrying 2.5A of current, or a coil with
10 turns carrying 250mA, or 100 turns carrying 25mA.
That way, you can give one limiting value (Ampere * Turns) for all kinds of
windings (high impedance = many turns, or low impedance= few turns).
