[sdiy] LPKF (engraved PCB) vias

Hello.

Anyone have a good solution for filling vias with an LPKF or other  
engraver type PCBs?

I currently mount the board vertically in a vise, stick a resistor  
lead and solder each side.  It can be tedious for 100+ vias, and I  
have to make them quite large to make sure they are easy to solder.

I am using 0.066" pads and 0.031" or so drills.
