[sdiy] elektor phaser? which edition is it in ? and other scf phasers

Hi,
just wondered which month and year the Elektor switched Capacitor filter 
is in ? as I haven't seen the circuit and would be most interested in 
the design.
I have got the other early design from 1976 ? using cmos ic's as voltage 
dependant reistors I Think.
