Cool! I basically took Ian's description of the waveform and put
together a circuit that I thought would give the desired results. Who
knew I'd actually stumble onto something different just by accident. I
hereby dub this circuit the "Timian Double-Pulse Waveshaper." Now with
extra Phaseyness (tm) !
It's actually a pretty simple circuit. Well, as with many things, the
core is simple but the CV summers and other "housekeeping" is where
the circuit starts to get more involved. I'll have the schematic
finished and posted in another day or so.
BTW sort of OT, but I'd have to say I'm pretty happy with the Freewebs
site. It's free (duh), and while I'm sure the built-in editing tools
don't produce perfectly optimized HTML, it's quick and easy to start
and edit/update. It's not a perfect solution (especially if you need a
large, involved site or e-commerce), but for a simple little personal
site, it worked out pretty well. They even have some decent looking
templates to get you started. No copying mine though ;-)
