This is very interesting work.   Tim's circuit sweeps from single to double 
pulse by varying one of the pulse's width.  Mine sweeps by varying the 
relative amplitudes of the pulses.  They sound *very* different.  Tim's has 
lots of phaseyness due to the rapidly changing harmonic content of the 
pulse being narrowed.  By contrast, mine has a very smooth sounding 
sweep.  Tim's method is definitely worth looking at as a new kind of sound.
