[sdiy] LM3914 VU display PCB

LM3914 isn't the right choice for VU meter, because it is linear.
Best choice would be LM3916 because it is designed especially for this 
purpose.
LM3915 can also be used, but it is 3db/step, while LM3916 steps are
-20, -10, -7, -5, -3, -1, 0 +1, +2, +3
