Hi, List
What sort of solder would you recommend? I have a colleague who's a
rabid audiophile, and he thinks silver solder is the way forward. would
that be wasted in a synth? (i have the Paia p9700s kit)
He sent me this http://www.thlaudio.com/sodrothrE.htm link of a list of
silver solder manufacturers, and then there's 'non audiophile' silver
solder from RS / maplin / farnell etc which seems to vary in price quite
wildly, and functionally (RS stock a bewildering array of solder types)
so to recap, what's a good thickness, composition, etc for pcb work?
what do -you- prefer?
sorry if this has already been covered to death / ad nauseam in the
archive...
