Sure, there a many PCB layout programs for the Mac. Two free options  
for OS X are:

Eagle: free version is limited to 100mm * 80mm board size (I think)  
and one diagram sheet, and may not be used for commercial products.  
Otherwise it's identical to the professional version. Very powerful,  
but not very Mac-like (not very Windows-like either, there are  
Windows and Linux versions too). I takes a while to get used to it.

Epoxy: freeware, not restricted, but not as powerful as Eagle (at  
least the last time I took a look at it).
