From what I understand, when purchasing a 200e you enter into an
agreement about keeping the circuit a secret. Like, no scanning of the
PCB. ;)
I did get the chance to look at the insides of a 200e. I was shaked to
see that the 259e oscillators are a single board with the panel
components and everything else all attached! The circuit uses a micro
with A-D and D-A converters to get the data to the outside world.
I suspect the 261e may have more circuit to it, having an analog
waveshaper and all...
