[sdiy] Data requested/offered on Texas TMS3*** and SGS M***

Hi,

Seeing as the subject came up, it seems like a good time to ask whether 
anybody has datasheets for any of the following organ/video game/cruddy 
Italian synth ICs. I have several of them in my collection and it idly 
occurs to me that they could be used to make some quirkily distinctive 
modules:

TMS3614    7-stage divider
TMS3615    Keyer/tone generator
TMS3617    Multiple tone generator
TMS3631    8-channel tone generator

M147        Top octave generator?
M251        Chord/bass/arp generator
M253        Rhythm generator
M268        ??

If, on the other hand, you've been desperately searching for data on the 
M112 poly sound generator then I've just scanned the datasheet for it - if 
somebody would like to host it on their website that would be even better.

(I also have data for M083/M086/M093/M108/M110).
