This will be two Frequency Shifters ("Single Sideband Modulators"), both
modulated by Oscillator 1 (which will have a sin / cos output).

So I can either uses it to frequency-shift stereo signals, of to shift a
mono
signal up (down), process it with some complex filter, filterbank, etc, and
then shift it back down (up) to its original frequency range. The effect
would be as if the fixed filter (bank) were frequency-shiftet.
That's what I hope it will be, at least.
