Not much to say.  The HP voltage reference looks to be 70's vintage and
required an oven, so I found a crystal oven to keep it as a toasty 120F.
Only complex part was the power supply ( 10volts to the regulator, 28volts
to the oven ).  Its a little warm when running.

One nifty thing I found was that my Fluke benchtop DMM holds its calibration
very well, and you can pick'em up for peanuts.  $30 swapmeet/ebay.  LED
readout 80's vintage.  I'll look up the model number if anyone is interested
but I'm sure they arnt too hard to find.
