Thanks, Tony. You saved me a bunch of time looking that link up. :)

A couple of small points: I asked our consultant who would eligible within
our company to sign the Declaration of Conformity. His advice was that the
individual should ideally have a degree level qualification in Electronics
or Physics.

The link states that you should only need the Technical Construction File
when "harmonised standards cannot be met". Our consultant recommended that
you have a TCF anyway, just in case.

The TCF is *a lot* of work. The TCF for Zeit is an inch thick and has taken
months to prepare.
