[sdiy] SSM2164/SSM2210/SSM2220 possible group buy

I tried to buy from their website (shipping to my UK address) and the 
order required a VAT number.  When I phoned them up to query this I was 
told they couldn't make the sale without one (but in fact they sent me 
the quantity I needed as a free sample in the end :)
