Thanks for your comments.

Of course you can use any method you like to control the bank selection.  I just used an ADC as I thought that anything voltage controlled would be good to do the bank selection.  I used a pot for this but it could be an Light Dependent Resistor or a touch sensitive strip or skin conductivity etc

The selection could of course be digital such as MIDI messages for sequenced wave changes.  Which might be even cooler :)
