[sdiy] Hand soldering TQFP packages

i've done .5mm. I'd stick to .65mm+ if you can but .5 is doable. I have 
NOT had 100% success at this pitch though. this was probably more to do 
with the poor quality milled board but still, it takes some patience and 
good technique. If you are going to do it, i'd practice on several 
bigger ones first (.65 atleast). I intend to avoid .5mm at all costs for 
my own projects with my money involved. I don't hesitate to put a .65mm 
pitch part on my own pc boards.
