[sdiy] Removing ICs without damaging them

Since the board is junk, try this. Use a small pocket type torch and heat
the solder side of the board right at the IC. Work the IC out of the board
with suitable pliers as the solder melts. Works great for me. Oh...and do it
outside...it smells up a room real fast.
