[sdiy] Seriously OT: Tesla Motors

I apologize in advance for the egregious waste of bandwidth, but I
work at a Silicon Valley startup called Tesla Motors and we have
FINALLY shown our new product to the public. I've been keeping this
under wraps for so long that it's a huge relief to actually be able to
show people where I work and what we've been working on. It's a
high-performance electric sports car, and it absolutely ROCKS (IMHO).
Anyway, take a look at the Wired article if you want (our revamped web
site with pictures and many, many facts goes on line tomorrow).

Again, sorry for the waste of SDIY space, but I just had to shout
about this and say "look at the neat thing I helped design!"

BTW, as an all electric car, the motor doesn't make any noise. I
volunteered to make a synth circuit to simulate various engine revving
and idling noises, but didn't get very far with that ;-)
