Hi Anthony and René,

I also build rene's tri-phase LFO. I use mylar as 220n and ceramic as 
330pF. there is no trouble.

I put rene's 4049 VCO as clock generator in it, just like this.

and I also add simple vca and ramp generator to make it easy to use as 
delay vib. for VCO.
