[sdiy] Noisy, distorted, Juno-60

Has anyone else here with a Juno-60, or somewhat similar synth, ever
had a problem with an audiable 60Hz-like buzzing sound if one makes
any changes from patches?  E.g., if one is using patch 11, or
whatever, and one presses the "chorus II" button, or makes some other
change to sliders, switches, etc.

Also, someimes there's a slightly fuzzy, distorted, like sound when
more than one key is played.  

Lastly, if I turn off the DCB <--> MIDI converter, and then press any
keys, the synth now starts playing short repetitious melody's.

Any easy fixes for these problems?  Is this Juno-60 starting to flake
out?
