Off the top...
Make R14, R34 = 150K
R5, R12, R27, R36 = 125K (124K 1%)
R8, R30 = 25K (24.9K 1%)
That should do it. In general these need to be changed because they
set voltages or currents. The values around the opamps are usualy ok
because they work by ratio, not absolute values.
The resistors arounf the LM13700 are probably OK.
You really might not ~need~ to change anything, but this will make the
circuit work exactly like it would on +/-12V
