i want to use the s/pdif audio inputs on an "maudio fast track pro"
sound card as additional analoge line ins, but it seems like all the
gear to convert analog signals to s/pdif is aimed at hifi professional
studios.
so has anyone seen any schematics around a DAC or something for the job?
the maudio card has rca/coax s/pdif inputs, if that matters at all (i
know the s/pdif signal is the same regardless of the interface, but
i'm not looking for toslink or ttl hardware ... though i have seen
schematics for coax<->ttl bla bla bla ;)
i realize this isn't entirely synth related, but i want more imputs
for my x0xb0x jams =)
thanks in advance for any pointers
