that sucks... for people who aren't going to read the doc about it, about
half of the 66 products WERE tested after they first pissed off the FCC, and
in addition some of them had been tested under CE rules...

this clip sums up WHY it happened:

" Behringer attributed its initial failure to file the FCC Form 740s to
reliance upon its custom broker's erroneous advice. We note, however, that
Behringer's reliance upon its broker's advice does not relieve it of its
responsibility, and its prior commitment, to comply with the filing
requirements. "

the advice being that since they passed one thing, they didn't need FCC
testing. the rest of the problems is basically them sitting on their hands
and not straightening shit out.

it's too bad, and i for one hope behringer doesn't go under or anything like
that.
