[sdiy] Looking for lm394 and tempco in the u.s.

I used an SSM2210 instead of the LM394 in my Bi-N-Tic filter, and it works
just fine. I just cut off the two unused pins in a socket and placed the
SSM2210 in there, then the tempco right on top.
