Hi Aaron,
======
2SC3381
http://www.electronix.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/6_303/products_id/3
152
$1.25 I purchased most of my Dim C semis from these guys, nice and
reliable.
======
2SC1583
http://www.suburban-elect.com/search.php
Listed for $0.79. Never done biz with them, but I wouldn't hesitate.
======
2SA798
http://www.electronicsurplus.com/commerce/catalog/product.jsp?product_id=761
73&czuid=1074043777995
$.045 Done business with them. Quite reliable.
======
I'm drawing a blank on 2SC1349.
Might not be a bad idea for the students to pool together at some of these
different places - some have minimum orders and such.
Take care,
Scott
