hi,
I have an STK500. At first, this tool was useful because I knew very
little about microcontrollers. Now, i have just been using it as a ISP
programmer. I would sugest just getting the programmer. I can't really
reccomend a specific one, but I saw this one reccently and it looks
interesting:
