[sdiy] Schaeffer/Front Panel Express?

If you do your tic marks with HPGL files you can get a 2U panel for 
about $60. I just ordered a few for $50 each but my tic marks didn't 
have the white infill, all text does have the infill though.

does anyone know some software to do the HPGL graphics with? for now, I 
just copied the tick marks from some of Marc Bareille's panels:
