Yes and no.  I built this one: http://yusynth.net/Modular/EN/ADSR/index.html
which is more or less the same but provides some
extras and a PCB design.

At first I wanted to use the Schmitz design and I had already
ordered pots.  Linear pots.  Which turned out to be a mistake.
So even if you built the Schmitz design, you'll want the log
pots that Yusynth specifies.

I have found that the Yusynth one doesn't go all the way
down to 0 at the end of it's release, but since I put it
together on stripboard I might have made a mistake.
