Hi,
the only small point that I noticed that hasn't been mentioned is that
you could add a decoupling cap across r6 and r 8 to reduce the chance of
picking up hum. as mentioned by other people, adding in output coupling
caps would be a good idea.
[ and of course you could just have a single pair of resistors and a
decoupling cap to produce the voltage at half the supply voltage and
feed it to both pins 3 and 5 of the lt 1013. ] but of course this might
introduce a small amount of coupling between the channels.
I wish my first schematics were as neat and sensible !
