Yes, when you consider that you *create* your own soft synths, usable
in any vst host.

it may not come packaged with them, but you can be sure that it's:
1) within your ability to create said special function
2) likely that someone else came up with it.

oh i'm sorry was this synth-diy? guess it should be only relegated to
music-dsp since
it doesn't involve actually creating a hardware synth, only a software one
(one that i easily use with my external hardware midi diy synths)
