OK -- scanned the DAC article (3 pages):

I also tacked on the layout for the keyboard encoder;  but since you're 
probably not going to be using this to build the Paia system, I would 
suggest building both circuits on the same board, to simplify wiring & 
interconnection.
Also, disregard the Paia QuASH connections.
