I'm not a company but I frequently purchase from RS and Farnell in the UK. 
Having said that I doubt if either sell tempco resistors so I would look at 
Senso's website. He might not have 3300 ppm at the moment but he may well be 
able to get some for you - give him a shout.  He does have 3000s and 3500s.
