[sdiy] PIC programmer

on the ucapps.de site there are two programmers - the PIC BURNER and the 
JDM MODULE. i build the latter and it forked fine for me.
the pic burner has been developed due to some incopabilities with new 
hardware and i have no experience with it.
jdm works like a charm, though..
