Some time ago I ordered 50pcs of CA3280Es from a suggested vendor off this list. 
They came 5 to a tube, 10 tubes in a clear bag. I want to say they were from 
either Australia or Hong Kong, just can't recall.

Well, they *are bad*. ALL OF THEM!

These have a code, underneath the CA3280E line, that begins with: P011 Examples 
are:

P0114ACZ2
P0114ACZZ
P0114ACZ4
P0118BECH

I looked at 2 batches of ones that do work, and there codes are:

P0419BECZ
P0445ACBZ

So, I am *guessing* that 01 = 2001, the next 2 digits are the week. So, these 
2001 parts are NOT FUNCTIONAL. I suggest everyone toss them. I don't even care 
about getting my $$$ back at this point.
