Thats understood now, isn't it. (I've seen this erratic triggering
bahzillion times on my scope. Usually right before I either pick another
deflection or invoke the lowpass on the trigger switch.)
All I'm saying is move along, instead of trying to reheat that old
debate. Lets bury the dead horse, so no one can try riding it again.
The question is as it was: Are there fatter and thinner sounding VCOs,
and if so why? I'd put a checkmark on µs jitter, and say: no thats not it.
