[sdiy] OT: Oscilloscope repair, Hameg HM303

I am member of the Tekscopes list, and there the guys
do indeed fix old scopes, and go long ways to do so.
So, of course it can be done.

OTOH, i have been able to buy perfectly woking scopes
from Ebay sellers for 10...30 Euro, so i personally would
perfer to pay 30 Euro for a working unit than investing
minimum an evening of my time to find and fix the problem.

But, tis is a DIY list, and the last thing i would do is to
discourage anybody from doing something himself !
So, if i wery you i would just open it and check for
obvious problems, like loose contacts etc - BEWARE,
there are dangerous voltages inside !
